We are currently in search of outdoor enthuiasts who are looking for an adventourous summer job! This is a great opportunity to get paid to spend your summer outside while sharing your passion with the general public. We lead tours in 5 different different locations around the county, offering a wide array of expereinces. We open are doors on Memorial Day (5/29) and run through September 15. Training takes place prior to the season (mid May - dates TBD) and will focus kayak technique and safety, group management, tour routes, and learning about the beauty of Door County. No eperience is required. If you want a crazy fun summer job that combines mental and physical challenges all while offering some outstanding views, this is it!

Kayak Guide Requirements
- Safely facilitate 2 hour kayak excursions of up to 12 guests independently- Provide exceptional customer service the entire time guests are in your care- Learn how to understand and analyze ongoing weather patterns- Willingness to self educate on the ecology, geology and history of Door County- Exceptional time management skills is imperative- Previous silent water sport experience preferred- Must be 18- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
