Crain’s Kitchen is a new small, casual restaurant in Sister Bay, open for lunch and dinner. We are looking for staff members for the 2022 season to assist in all restaurant operations. Full Job Description
Among other duties, staff members will be required to:
Provide exceptional customer service
Answer the phone
Take customer orders and answer questions
Serve customers seated inside and at outside tables
Bus and set tables as needed
Collect cash and credit card payments
Perform daily and weekly cleaning
Stock, clean, and prepare as needed
Anticipate guest needs and address issues promptly
Possess a fundamental industry knowledge
Possess a full understanding of menu items
Work professionally with fellow employees
Maintain good personal hygiene and a clean work environment
Maintain a positive attitude
Maintain professional and respectful working relationships
Maintain agreed scheduling availability
Show up on time to scheduled shifts, missing work only in the event of sickness or emergency (proper notice required when applicable)
Perform additional tasks as instructed by any member of management
Help fellow employees with any and all tasks as needed
Comply with all restaurant policies and procedures
