Duties:- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences- Maintain and stock a clean and organized bar area- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption- Adhere to all relevant food safety regulations and guidelines- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register- Engage in friendly conversation with customers and provide excellent customer service- Monitor customer behavior and intervene as needed to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment
Requirements:- Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong hospitality skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service- Familiarity with bartending techniques and drink recipes- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment- Team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic- Must meet the age requirement for serving alcoholic beverages- Experience using TOAST or similar point-of-sale systems
