Full Time Apartment Maintenance

Full time Apartment Maintenance Person Wanted.

Must be able to do the following

• Plumbing Repairs - Install faucet , shutoff vales etc.
• Electrical - Install outlest make small electrical repairs
• Capentry - must be able to install trim , cabinets
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more
• No criminal record.
• Must live in Sturgeon Bay or move into onsite apartment

Hourly pay plus bonus = 72K

Must have at least 5 years experience in Maintenance (preferred) or a skilled trade ( Plumbing , electrical, carpentry)
