Office Operations/Customer Service

Pro Products, Inc. is a precision CNC machined parts manufacturer operating in a modern, state-of-the-art facility located in Sturgeon Bay WI. We are seeking an energetic, outgoing person to join our team as a Customer Service Rep./Office Operations Professional. This full time job includes customer interaction with verbal and email correspondence, maintaining customer portals, managing quote requests, data entry of jobs, production information flow, document management, job costing and some account receivable/payable work.

Qualified candidates will have strong written and oral communication skills, the ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced environment and a strong attention to detail. A high level of computer literacy is desired including Microsoft Office, QuickBooks and other computer programs. JobBoss manufacturing software knowledge a plus.
