Line Cook duties consist of prepping your station, making a daily prep list at the end of the night. Pulling all the food needed for the next day. Helping your team out as needed. Putting away all deliveries in the proper place. Cooking and presentation of all food as demonstrated by the chefs. Properly labeling, dating, and storing all food items. Understanding proper rotation of food items (FIFO). Food Handlers sanitation certified. Proper cleaning and sanitizing of the station nightly. Sweep and mop the kitchen daily.
