Island Lavender is part of a growing lavender business, offering customers a unique farm-to-shelf experience with products made from our own lavender farm in Baileys Harbor. We are passionate about providing high-quality lavender products and an inviting retail experience for our customers.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our Ephraim store. This is a full-time, year-round position with the potential for growth into more responsibilities, including managing an additional store on our lavender farm. The ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative, is trustworthy, and thrives in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage store scheduling and staff coordination
• Oversee and maintain store inventory levels
• Fulfill and process e-commerce orders
• Work retail shifts and provide excellent customer service

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred
• Willingness to grow within the company
