Join us for the 2021 Season

Horseshoe Bay is now hiring for the 2021 Season.  We are looking for a qualified individual to join our team as a Sous Chef.  This person will work closely with the Executive Chef to execute dinner service to its highest quality.  

Responsibilites Include: Daily Prep of the Kitchen Line as well as Creating and Executing our weekly Prix Fix Menu Special.  Applicants must have the ability to create and maintain standards for the production of menu items.  Dinner Sous Chef will also be responsible for closing the kitchen each evening.  

Dinner service is 5 nights a week.  Hours for this position average 2pm-10pm Wednesday through Sunday.

Pay for this position starts at $22 per hour with the ability to transition to a salaried position.
