Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes.
  • Follow standard recipes while maintaining speed and consistency.
  • Set up and break down the bar before and after service.
  • Interact with guests in a friendly and engaging manner.
  • Take drink and food orders from guests at the bar, and from servers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
  • Assist with outdoor event bars as needed.
  • Restock bar inventory and communicate needs to the manager.
  • Create a welcoming environment and recommend drinks based on guest preferences.
  • Assist in all bar cleaning duties. 

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • Previous bartending experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
  • Ability to multitask in a high volume setting.
  • Customer service and sales skills.
  • Knowledge of responsible alcohol service laws.
  • Basic math and cash handling skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy kegs, or cases of alcohol.
  • Flexible schedule for nights, weekends, and holidays. 

Job Type: Seasonal FT/PT 

Salary:  $12 per hour plus tips
