Job Type: Full or part time, seasonal
Position Overview:
June’s is a new coffee shop and wine bar in Sister Bay, WI, located on the same property as Peach Barn Brewing, looking for friendly and inviting bartenders to serve afternoon and evening wine. A small charcuterie menu as well as wine will be served.
Pay: base $12/hr. plus tips. Wage negotiable based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a positive, welcoming customer experience
- Menu knowledge and familiarity
- Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and and safe space for coworkers and customers alike
- Take customer orders, handle cash, and process payments using a POS system
- Assist in restocking, taking inventory, and cleaning as needed
- Perform opening and closing duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the service industry is preferred, but not required
- Friendly approach to customer service
- Strong communication and multitasking skills while working in a fast paced environment
- Ability to operate a POS system
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
