Are you a passionate food professional who values working closely with fresh local products? Hotel Washington Restaurant is a hyper local, seasonal, “farm to fork” restaurant within a historic hotel. We work closely with Island farms and Door County products. Located on Washington Island we are dedicated to the health of our soils and strive to strengthen the food economy of the Island we love.
Depending on your level of experience and availability we can offer a range of positions from Line Cook, Prep Cook to Sous Chef for anywhere from 2-6 months. We open to the public in May and close for the season in October.
