Frozen Pizza Production Worker

Job Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on Frozen Pizza Production Manager to help run day-to-day production in our frozen pizza facility. You’ll be working alongside the production crew, baking pizza crusts, keeping production moving, and making sure we’re following our HACCP plan and food safety rules.

What You’ll Be Doing

Production

• Daily frozen pizza production
• Bake wood-fired pizza crusts and work alongside the production crew
• Make sure pizzas are made correctly, consistently, and on spec
• Keep production on schedule and help solve problems as they come up
• Help with cooling, freezing, packaging, and storage

Food Safety & Compliance

• Follow and maintain our HACCP plan
• Fill out required HACCP, production, and food safety paperwork
• Monitor critical control points and take action when needed
• Talk directly with the DATCP meat inspector during production days
• Make sure the facility stays inspection-ready at all times

Quality & Cleanliness

• Check product quality throughout the day
• Make sure labeling, lot codes, and traceability are done correctly
• Keep the facility clean, organized, and food-safe
• Make sure equipment is being used safely and correctly

Equipment & Facility

• Operate ovens and production equipment safely
• Flag maintenance issues before they become bigger problems
• Help keep the production area running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

Required

• Experience working in food production
• Early morning shifts 
• Ability to work under a HACCP plan and fill out HACCP paperwork
• Comfortable dealing with food inspectors
• Willingness to jump in wherever needed
• Pizza, bakery, or dough production experience helpful
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs

Compensation

Starting at $20/hour. Negotiable based on experience.
