Front Desk Receptionist (starting pay $10-15 per hour based on progress. Assistant Manager position is also available based on progress.
Full-time and part-time positions available
Accommodate hotel, motel, and resort patrons by registering and assigning rooms to guests, issuing room keys or cards, transmitting and receiving messages, keeping records of occupied rooms and guests' accounts, making and confirming reservations, and presenting statements to and collecting payments from departing guests. • Advise housekeeping staff when rooms have been vacated and are ready for cleaning. • Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel services, guest registration, and travel directions, or make recommendations regarding shopping, dining, or entertainment. • Arrange tours, taxis, or restaurant reservations for customers. • Clean and maintain lobby and common areas, such as restocking supplies and watering plants. • Compute bills, collect payments, and make change for guests. • Contact housekeeping or maintenance staff when guests report problems. • Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests of hotels or motels. • Issue room keys and escort instructions to bellhops. • Keep records of room availability and guests' accounts, manually or using computers. • Make and confirm reservations. • Post charges, such as those for rooms, food, liquor, or telephone calls, to ledgers, manually or by using computers. • Record guest comments or complaints, referring customers to managers as necessary. • Transmit and receive messages, using telephones or telephone switchboards. • Verify customers' credit, and establish how the customer will pay for the accommodation
Housekeeping (starting pay $10/per hour)
We have fulltime (30 to 35 hours per week) and part time housekeeping positions available immediately. Our housekeepers start at 9 am and are usually done before 3 pm.
Maintenance position (starting at $13-20/per hour based on progress and capability)
Full time and part-time positions available.
