CITY OF STURGEON BAY 

PERMANENT PART-TIME ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISANT 

Duties include a wide range of administrative and office support activates for the City Administrator including general clerical duties, routing calls and emails, scheduling and coordination of meetings, preparation of written correspondence, serve a recording secretary for City meetings, & manage and update website and social media.  Prior Microsoft Office experience required in addition to the ability to operate general office machines.

Ability to deal courteously, tactfully, and professionally with public is needed.  Excellent written and verbal communication along with strong organizational skills. Tact, discretion, and confidentiality are required attributes in this position. 25 hours per week. Hours may be flexible. Some evening hours may be required. Post high school education desirable.  Wage $16.72/hr.
