Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Maintain labor cost at or below 33%
Maintain food cost at 32% or less
Prepare and implement standard operating procedures
Plan and co-ordinate menus
Analyze food costs and assign menu prices
Set and monitor budgets
Establish and implement financial controls
Prepare and analyze management reports
Determine and execute operating improvements
Arrange for maintenance and repairs of equipment and services
Ensure quality of food/beverage presentation
Maintain Food Protection Manager Certification
Pay based on experience
Salary40000.00 - 70000.00 Annual
