The Door County Historical Society is hiring two part-time management positions at Eagle Bluff Light Station in Peninsula State Park:

Gift Shop Manager

Museum Manager
These positions work closely together to oversee daily operations, supervise seasonal staff and volunteers, and ensure a positive visitor experience at one of Door County’s most recognized historic sites.
Pay: $24 per hour
Hours: May–October: 20–30 hours per week (some weekends required), November–April: 5–10 hours per week
Both managers are cross-trained to provide coverage for one another as needed.
Ideal candidates have experience in museums, retail, tourism, hospitality, or a related field, strong leadership and customer service skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
These roles directly support the preservation and interpretation of Eagle Bluff Light Station and help generate revenue through admissions, retail sales, and visitor donations that allow the Door County Historical Society to continue growing and caring for this historic site.
