Restaurant Servers

The Mill Supper Club is seeking a friendly Part-Time Restaurant Server. This position will offer limited hours 4 to 8 shifts per month. Candidates must be able to deliver excellent Guest service while memorizing our menu and daily specials. Must be a Team Player and willing to help out others when needed. Restaurant Servers will be responsible for taking food and drink orders from Guests, and then delivering those orders to the proper people in the dining room. If you have previous experience as a Server in a popular restaurant and a dedication to providing excellent service to Guests, while working in a fun Team atmosphere, we want to hear from you.

Restaurant Server responsibilities

• Take guests' food and drink orders
• Ensure that all orders are accurate and brought to each table in a timely manner
• Suggest appetizers and meals to guests based on the menu and specials
• Work closely with restaurant management to immediately address all guest concerns and create a pleasant dining experience
• Confirm orders with the Cooks and Bartenders whenever a clarification is requested
• Complete daily set-up, cleanup, and sidework

Restaurant Server skills

• High school diploma/GED required
• 2+ years’ Server experience preferred
• Must be able to work on your feet all day
• Strong customer service skills required
• Ability to utilize a restaurant POS software platform a plus
