The Little Sweden Resort is looking for an experienced Housekeeping Assistant Manager or Supervisor to oversee the cleaning staff for 58 vacation rental homes. This is a year round position with benefits and a bonus. Great opportunity for someone that has experience in home cleaning but wants to advance. Must have managed staff and have cleaning experience to be consdered. Valid drivers license is required. Duties include but not limited too:
Stripping linens in units
Inspecting after housekeeper has cleaned
Training new staff
Cleaning homes or public areas as needed
Assisting in laundry as needed
Monitoring emails and voicemails that are related to department and guest relations
Inspecting arriving units for readiness
Reporting when units are clean and ready for guest check in
Monitoring supplies and keeping track of inventory
Setting up new homes that enter the rental program
