Island Lavender Store Associate

Island Lavender is looking for friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Retail Store Associates to join our team for Summer 2026 (Starting in May). This role is perfect for someone who loves working with people, enjoys a beautiful retail environment, and takes pride in creating a welcoming and memorable guest experience.

Our store is a key part of the Island Lavender experience—where guests discover our lavender products, local goods, and Door County charm.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide warm, knowledgeable customer service and product recommendations

• Operate POS system and process sales accurately

• Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing store displays

• Restock merchandise and assist with inventory organization

• Assist with packaging, labeling, and light product prep as needed

• Answer basic questions about our products, lavender farm, and local offerings

• Support seasonal events and busy weekend traffic with professionalism

• Uphold brand standards in guest interaction and store presentation

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing, and service-oriented personality

• Strong communication skills

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 30 lbs

• Retail or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
