Description

The Village of Sister Bay is seeking qualified candidates for the Seasonal Public Works Technician position. This seasonal role runs approximately from May 4, 2026 through October 23, 2026, working 40 hours per week with weekend rotations as assigned. The position receives directions from the Parks and Streets Director.

 The personnel in this position will perform a variety of general labor and maintenance tasks throughout the Village, including work on streets, storm sewers, equipment, grounds, buildings, parks, and the marina. Duties also include support for community events and related assignments as needed. Please refer to the job description for additional details.

 Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and must possess a valid driver’s license. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can work independently under the supervision of the Parks and Streets Director. The candidate should also possess strong communication skills and work well with other staff and the general public.

 Hourly wage is $21.00 to $24.00, depending on qualifications.
