Maintenance Technician

At the Landmark Resort, keeping a 40-acre property running smoothly takes a dedicated team — and that team doesn't clock out when the sun goes down. We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Part-Time Maintenance team member to cover our 2nd shift through the seasonal stretch, keeping our buildings, systems, and guest spaces in top shape during some of our busiest hours.

What You'll Bring to the Role

• Prior maintenance, facilities, or trades experience preferred — HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or general building maintenance all translate well here
• The ability to diagnose and address basic maintenance issues independently and efficiently
