Hotel Washington Restaurant is a hyper local, seasonal, “farm to fork” restaurant within a historic hotel. We work closely with Island farms and Door County products. Located on Washington Island we are dedicated to the health of our soils and strive to strengthen the food economy of the Island we love.
Interested in a short-term kitchen internship? You can help us process the bounty of organic produce we get every week and see first hand how produce goes from “farm to fork”. If you are interested in a longer-term internship there may be opportunities to learn more skills throughout the restaurant or help some of our partner farms as well.
