The restaurant manager has experience in restaurants, a passion for food and beverage, a genuine ability to connect with guests and staff alike, and brings the core value of 'TEAM' to the restaurant. A natural leader, you are responsible for maintaining the highest levels of hospitality while leading service on the floor.
This position reports to the General Manager.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Building a crew of energetic, positive Front of House employees
- Partner with Chef to create a team atmosphere that focuses on creating outstanding guest experiences
- Ordering of wine/beer/coffee and front of house items
- Daily and monthly reporting
- Some social media management
