Retail Store/Candle Bar

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Retail Store/Candle Bar Associate to join our growing team! In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience in our store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage customers as they enter the store, providing outstanding customer service by greeting them, responding to questions, and addressing concerns professionally.
• Assist customers in identifying their candle-making needs and lead candle pouring experiences, offering clear instructions and support throughout the process.
• Manage cash registers, process payments, and handle in-store and phone purchases while maintaining accurate transactions.
• Clean and restock the store throughout the day, ensuring a tidy and safe working environment and that all equipment is properly organized and stored.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our candle products, current trends, pricing, and promotions to educate customers and enhance their purchasing experience.
• Ensure wax tanks are filled, candle-making supplies are stocked, and inventory is accurately recorded.
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and create promotional materials and in-store displays.
• Perform general maintenance tasks such as vacuuming, taking out the trash, sanitizing counters, and dusting the store.
• Assist in production
• Other duties as assigned

Some weekends required. Candidates must have reliable transportation and be proficient with computers. Retail shifts are typically 9AM - 5:30PM in the summer and fall, and 9AM - 4:30PM in the winter.
