Kitchen Manager is responsible for hiring & scheduling kitchen staff, training staff to prep & cook the menu consistently and ensuring a high quality food is served to the guest.
We offer an easy menu consisting of a unique burger menu along with some Door County favorites. The Kitchen Manager would also have say in the menu and would be able to create a special menu in order to show off your passion.
Must be able to work with others and be able to give instruction to staff. Also an understanding of restaurant profitability and how hard it is to make a buck in this industry. Finally, the ideal candidate will be a good communicator and be able to effectively share ideas with management and staff.
Candidates with prior experience are preferred, however if you are hungry and show energy and excitement, we can look past lack of management experience.
This is a full time job and salaried. Looking to hire immediately.
