What You’ll Do
As our Clinical Supervisor, you will:

Provide hands-on clinical supervision for our outpatient behavioral health services, including mental health, substance use (AODA), and crisis response.

Foster the professional development of staff through coaching, support, and skill-building.

Collaborate with leadership to ensure a seamless continuum of care tailored to individual and community needs.

Drive the planning and delivery of creative, person-centered outreach services.

Training, Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Required Training and Experience
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Sociology.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor certification from the Wisconsin Department of Professional Services.
- Three (3) or more years’ experience working with individuals who have mental illness and substance use concerns.
- Must complete 40 hours of Crisis Services training to meet HFS 34 Crisis Orientation within three (3) months of hire.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable automobile.
Preferred Training and Experience
- One (1) or more years of supervisory and management experience and training highly desirable.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
- Ability to conduct a comprehensive assessment, develop person-centered treatment plans and activities, crisis plans, and work creatively and independently.
- Ability to listen carefully, communicate respectfully and engage in conflict resolution and problem-solving.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate both orally and in writing.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, compare invoices to authorizations and service notes, and resolve discrepancies.
- Ability to use tact and courtesy in maintaining effective working relationships with consumer families, department employees, county supervisors, county officials, and the general public.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in an organized, efficient manner.
