Job Description:

Operate punch presses, multi-slide machines, and molding presses to produce precision metal stampings, plastic injection molded components and assemblies following ISO work instructions.  Complete secondary operations including passivation, riveting, assembly, custom packaging, welding and forming of components. Visually and dimensionally inspect close tolerance parts using gages, micrometers, calipers, optical comparators and microscopes, ensuring parts meet customer print and specifications.  Package parts produced in appropriate containers and quantities. Document production and quality information, production counts and labor hours on hardcopy documents and electronically. 


We are willing to train candidates with demonstrated strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and solid basic math and reading comprehension skills.

High School Diploma or GED desired. Previous manufacturing experience and use of precision measuring equipment (micrometers, calipers, microscopes, optical comparators) desired; must be capable of developing the ability to read measuring devices and visually inspect small parts accurately to close tolerances using microscopes (good visual acuity).  Must have basic reading/writing skills in order to follow required quality procedures and complete required documentation. Basic math skills needed to track production output and work with SPC charts. Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.  Must be capable of lifting/moving 40 lbs, pushing/pulling objects and standing and sitting for extended periods of time.

1st Shift schedule: Mon - Fri, 7 am - 3:30 pm

2nd Shift schedule: Mon - Thur, 3:20 pm - 1:50 am

Min starting base wage $13.50/hr; higher starting wage possible with experience.  2nd Shift premium $.50/hr.
