Position Overview:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, dependable, and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll be the face of our store—helping customers find the perfect alpaca item, sharing product knowledge, and ensuring every guest feels at home in our space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and create a friendly, engaging shopping experience

• Assist shoppers with product selection, sizing, and purchases

• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor

• Operate the register, handle transactions, and process returns or exchanges

• Restock merchandise and assist with inventory management

• Learn and share knowledge about alpaca products and their benefits

• Support opening and closing store procedures

• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture

Qualifications:

• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required

• Friendly, approachable, and eager to help others

• Reliable with good time management skills

• Able to stand for extended periods and lift light merchandise boxes

• Interest in fashion, textiles, or alpaca products is a plus
