Mezzanine is a brand-new concept in Egg Harbor from the creators of Tine & Cellar and Mikey’s in Central Wisconsin. With deep roots in Door County, the food and beverage program will feel native to the area with an elevated twist.  We’re looking for hard working team members for the 2022 season with a desire to make a mark on the community through next-level customer service and passion for the industry. Individuals holding this title will be responsible for operating the bar via the direction of the Restaurant Manager. Employees in this position will be required (but not limited) to performing the tasks listed.

 

  • Provide exceptional guest service
  • Greet guests at host stand in a prompt and welcoming manner
  • Assist in taking and properly fulfilling reservations per restaurant needs
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
  • Possess an understanding of food menu items
  • Maintain scheduling availability as agreed upon during the hiring process
  • Perform side work as assigned by the Server Manager
  • Help fellow employees with any and all tasks as needed
  • Perform additional tasks as instructed by any member of management
  • Show up on time to scheduled shifts, missing work only in the event of sickness or emergency (proper notice required when applicable)
  • Work professionally with fellow employees
  • Possess a fundamental industry knowledge
  • Anticipate guest needs and address issues promptly
  • Bus and set tables as needed
  • Answer phone per restaurant needs and guidelines

 

The position has a base rate plus tips!

Salary15.00 - 20.00 Hour
