Mojo Rosas in Egg Harbor, WI is hiring a General Manager. We are looking for someone with a great attitude and work ethic, who can effectively manage a diverse staff while ensuring the highest customer satisfaction. Mojo Rosas is a high volume sports bar that has a diverse clientele. Ability to genuinely engage with customers is a must in our business. Evenings and weekends are required as well as some holidays.
Responsibilities:
*Identify and delegate responsibilities to staff to ensure objectives are met and excellent customer service is consistently achieved.
*Manage operations with passion, integrity, and knowledge while promoting the culture and values of the restaurant.
*Implement company policies and procedures by developing plans and instructing staff.
*Provide coaching and feedback to staff and assess performance on an ongoing basis.
*Consistently monitor product and labor costs to remain within goals.
*Monitor and maintain the POS system.
*Assist in any areas of the restaurant when staffing constraints require.
*Run and reconcile nightly reports, including handling of cash and checking over server paperwork to ensure a correct balance at the end of the shift.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of restaurant experience preferred
- 2 years previous management experience
- Must have back of house experience as well as front of house experience
Pay Frequency:
-Bi weekly or twice monthly
-$40,000 base pay + tips and benefits + business share credits
*Temporary housing negotiable for the right candidate.
