Bank of Luxemburg is hiring a full time Financial Advisor II, this position will work primarily from our Sturgeon Bay office and as needed at our main office in Luxemburg.   This position will work Mon-Fri 8am-5pm with occasional evening appointments as needed.

Position Summary:
Sell investment and insurance services to clients and provides assistance to other investment representatives on sales ideas and training. Develop and maintain the highest standards of customer service with both bank employees and bank customers.
Principal Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Conducts Investment and Insurance Sales
A. Make initial contact of potential clients through phone, mail, workshops and set appointments.
B. Interview potential clients assessing investment and insurance needs.
C. Provide suggestions of products, course of action and provides client with relevant information.
D. Write up sales based on suggestions, complete application, collect payment, directing information to office manager for processing and tracking.
E. Follow up with periodic review of accounts, ensuring that adequate customer service is provided by informing customer of current market trends and recommending investment and insurance strategies.
F. Support administrative office personnel.
3. Promote Business Development
A. Support company's goals and objectives, assists branches in obtaining new relationships.
B. Assist and support in the implementation of all marketing and sales strategies designed to maximize growth and profitability.
C. Cross sell and refers a full range of investment and banking services to present and potential customers.
D. Support and assist in the implementation of all bank marketing and sales strategies designed to maximize growth and profitability.
E. Keep informed on changes within our market, recommending market opportunities
for growth and development.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Keeps abreast of key economic data and regulatory changes which may impact the financial performance of the Bank.
2. Maintains up-to-date job knowledge through professional reading and affiliation with appropriate industry organizations.
3. Performs other duties as may be necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of this position.
Work Relationships and Scope:
Has regular contact with all personnel. Has contact with vendors, consultants, regulators, government agencies and other outside parties. Has access to highly confidential customer, financial and general Bank/RJD information. Has certain security, lock up and oversight responsibilities.
