Prep Cook

Job Summary:
The Prep Cook is responsible for preparing ingredients, assisting with basic cooking tasks, and ensuring that all ingredients are ready for the line cooks to prepare dishes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and chop ingredients as directed by the head chef or kitchen manager.
  • Assist in the cooking process as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized prep area.
  • Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the safety and quality of the food.
  • Ensure proper storage of ingredients.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Previous kitchen experience preferred.
  • Ability to follow directions and work efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

 

Salary18.00 - 25.00 Hour
