Cashier & Light Food Prep

Want to be a part of our growing BBQ business? We are looking for that special someone with a positive attitude and zest for life. We need someone who will make our customers feel like they are like family, special, and the center of attention when they enter our restaurant. Is this you? Let's talk! This position is perfect for any age. No experience necessary, but any experience you brings wound be a plus. One shift meal included with 4+ hours of work. Extra income opportunities at food truck events as well!

1. Greet & wait on customers
2. Help explain menu & choices
3. Work quickly & efficiently when needed during peek dining hours
4. Ability to mult-task & take ownership of position and tasks
5. Ability to recognize things that need attention and attend to those things without being asked
6. Help clean, restock, and maintain indoor & outdoor areas.
7. Light prep for sauces & fresh ingredients 
8. Ability to follow safe food handling practices
9. Take a food handlers class & pass test and/or have a valid food handlers permit. We cover fees.
10. Willingness to learn and evolve
11. Be dependable & trustworthy
