Job Summary
Prep cooks are responsible for Pre-preperations of meats, fish, vegetables, soups and other hot food products. Preping food consistently, accurately and timely is immperitive. Other duties and responsibilities in the areas of food include, sanitation, organization and final plate preparation including garnishes and accoutrements of cooked items.
Dishwashers are responsible for cleaning all dishes and glassware, restocking, organizing and helping in all areas of the kitchen when needed. Each dishwasher is also responsible for closing sweeping and moping of their designated area.
