Position Overview:
We need a team member who can assist with both housekeeping and front desk duties. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with people.
Responsibilities:
Housekeeping: Clean and prepare guest rooms and common areas to ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment.
Front Desk: Greet guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, answer phone calls, and assist with reservations.
Provide excellent customer service and help create a memorable stay for our guests.
Qualifications:
Friendly, positive attitude with great communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable using basic computer systems for reservations and check-ins (training provided)
Prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality is a plus but not required
