Seeking year round, full time or part time server(s); flexible on the number of shifts/week available. Shift length varies from 4-7 hours for a single shift and 6-10 hours for a double shift depending on how busy the restaurant is. 


  • Serve guests seated in our dining room inside and at outside tables.
  • When working in an outside section, be capable of working in the heat, cold, wind, possibly light rain, and the occasional visiting wasps.
  • Be capable of working in a high-speed, fast-paced environment.
  • Follow opening & closing procedures including designated side work, and proper setup of shared workstations in kitchen and dining room.
  • Distribute menus and seat guests at times.
  • Serve guests water, beverages, and food in timely manner.
  • Take guests’ orders, answer questions, and upsell as appropriate. 
  • Be knowledgeable of our beer and wine selection.
  • Be knowledgeable of food and the different menus.
  • Be knowledgeable of some minor history details and regular business hours. 
  • Take initiative to stock, clean, prepare as needed.
  • Recognize food orders on the line, assemble food on tray, garnish entrees, & deliver food.
  • Excel in customer service.
  • Remove soiled dishes, glasses, and silverware, etc.
  • Offer and serve dessert and after dinner drinks.
  • Collect checks and payment. Handle cash and credit card payments.
  • Attend staff meetings.
  • Value personal hygiene & contribute to a clean work environment.
  • Maintain a positive attitude. 
  • Maintain professional and respectful working relationships. 
  • Communicate with management timely, effectively and respectfully.
  • Give feedback on dining room protocols. We are seeking staff that helps us learn and grow from our collective experience. 
  • Complete other appropriate work assignments as requested by the front of house manager.
