We are seeking enthusiastic people to join our staff. We are adding our 3rd location this season in Fish Creek! Be part of Door County's next great business as we continue to grow in a fantastic location! We have a fleet of 11 boats. 6 at our Sister Bay, Yacht Works location, 3 in our new Fish Creek location and 2 in our Gills Rock location. Come join the team and you'll know what makes us one of the best places to work for the season in all of Door County! 

The crew will be responsible for the day to day interaction with customers and operations. Duties include:

• Interacting with customers
• Giving orientations to customers
• Maneuvering and docking the boats - We will train you to learn, don't let this scare you!
• Fueling the boats throughout the day
• Cleaning boats before and after rentals
• Answering the phone, making/modifying reservations, checking customers in upon arrival

*We will train you in all of the above

This is a fun, friendly atmosphere. We believe in having fun while you work and this job is just that! Competitive hourly pay and 40+ hours/week is available for the right candidate. Crew is allowed to use any of our boats when they are not being rented.
