The Guest Services Manager position requires excellent attention to detail and exemplary customer service skills. This individual is in charge of group sales, accounts receivable and managing the Guest Services department along with assisting the General Manager as needed. This individual will need excellent communication skills and is vital in coordinating daily tasks between several departments. The right candidate should have excellent computer skills and knowledge of the hospitality and hotel industry. The use of Microsoft programs along with the Property management system Synxis and a background with franchised hotels and their brand standard expectations would be ideal. This is a full-time position; some weekends may be required. We do have seasonal incentive and personal bonuses as well.
