Trixie's serves inventive, light, health-conscious, thoughtful food and natural wines in an intimate 20 seat restaurant. We are currently seeking a full time, year round Chef who wants to grow with our company.
The ideal candidate is experienced and has knowledge of executing a farm-to-table, seasonally-minded menu. This position is right for a person who wants to learn, experiment and "push the envelope" on Door County's dining scene.
- Creating daily specials showcasing the harvests of our local farms
- Working closely with our Farmers and Vendors
- Managing a staff of up to 6
- Working with our Executive Chef to control costs and waste
- Working as a team player within a talented bunch of industry professionals
