Our one-doctor, patient-focused dental practice is growing, and we’re looking for a dental hygienist to join us. Whether you're a seasoned professional or a new graduate, we welcome candidates who are passionate about patient care and eager to be part of our tight-knit team.

We are open Monday-Thursday, 8AM-5PM; we’re open to working with you on your desired schedule, full or part-time! 

Location: Sister Bay, Door County, WI
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8 AM–5 PM (flexible full or part-time options)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform dental cleanings and oral examinations for patients.
• Take and develop dental x-rays.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques.
• Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as needed.
• Assist the dentist during procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update medical coding systems (Eaglesoft).
• Sterilize dental instruments and equipment - Follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Dental Hygienist in the state of Wisconsin.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and dental team members.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and patient care
• Proficiency in using dental software systems.
• Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills to manage patient schedules and maintain efficient workflow.
