Immediate opening for a Part-Time (20 to 25 hours per week), year-round maintenance person. Job duties include but are not limited to; general maintenance, daily pool maintenance, in-room maintenance, snow removal (sidewalks/entrances), light landscaping and other projects as needed. Basic general knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC helpful but not necessary. Pool operations or certification is helpful, but we will train.
The maintenance position offers a competitive hourly wage based on experience and benefit package, a flexible (primarily daytime) schedule, some weekends required (Saturday and Sunday), paid lunch, birthday bonus, cafateria/flex plan, vacation, use of the facilities, a referral bonus program and enjoyable working conditions.
