Community Marketing & Outreach Manager
The Marketing and Outreach Manager will develop and execute organizational and marketing strategies to attract visitors and support a healthy business community for the members of the FCCA and the Town of Gibraltar. Work involves marketing and advertising, social media, event planning, public relations, various promotions, visitor experience, community relations and a variety of day-to-day duties involving team and facility management. The Marketing and Outreach Manager is responsible to the Board of Directors and reports directly to the President on a day-to-day basis.

The Marketing and Outreach Manager will be responsible for up to three part-time and/or seasonal Visitor Information Specialists.
This position requires a combination of education and/or experience equal to five years in tourism, hospitality sales, marketing, or public relations. An emphasis will be placed on those who have worked with the promotion of tourism and those who have marketing experience. Demonstrated skills in planning, organization and effective communication are essential. Previous experience in a Convention and Visitors Bureau is highly desirable. Previous experience with an advertising agency and/or with media negotiations is helpful.
The Fish Creek Civic Association (FCCA) is an independent membership organization whose purpose is to promote the destination of Fish Creek, Wisconsin (Town of Gibraltar). FCCA's membership of nearly 150 businesses includes accommodations, visitor attractions, restaurants, outdoor activity providers, retail businesses and a variety of other organizations.
