Do you have a passion for mentoring, building relationships, and creating exciting opportunities for youth? Are you ready to empower the next generation of leaders? If so, we want YOU on our team! We are hiring for Teen Services Specialist to ignite potential in youth grades 5–12 through mentorship, dynamic programming, and community connection. This split-site role is based at both the David G. Hatch Center in Sturgeon Bay and the Club at the Y in Fish Creek — two vibrant hubs for youth development.

What You'll Do:

  • Inspire and mentor tweens and teens through innovative, high-quality programs
  • Create safe, inclusive spaces that foster growth, leadership, and exploration
  • Collaborate with passionate staff, schools, and community partners
  • Lead impactful programs like SMART Moves, Passport to Manhood, Math Hoops, and Journeys
  • Support youth in college and career prep — from applications to job readiness
  • Champion and guide Youth of the Year candidates toward excellence

 Who You Are:

  • A natural leader and motivator who connects with youth authentically
  • Organized, creative, and driven to make an impact
  • Experienced in youth development (especially in middle & high school age groups)
  • Strong communicator, collaborative team player, and inclusive thinker
  • Bonus if you bring bilingual skills or a degree in youth work or education!

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • Experience leading youth programming or mentoring teens
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and inspire positive behavior

Schedule & Location:

Mondays – Fridays, 10:30a – 5:30pm, Split between two amazing Club locations in Sturgeon Bay and Fish Creek — no two days are the same!

Pay: Based on experience for the role, $17.00-21.00/hour
