The Door County YMCA has various opportunities to be a part of our summer camping program for the summer. Camp Counselors are responsible for planning and leading the summer camp experience, focusing on the YMCA core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility. Counselors are responsible for the general safety and development, growth, and skill achievement of the campers, while providing high quality outdoor education, prevention of summer learning loss, and a variety of recreational experiences. Must be 18 years old.
Starting Wage: Commensurate with number of hours, position, and experience.
Hours: Seasonal Full-time & Part-time;
Flexible hours, M-F 6:30am - 5:30pm
