Judy Flores American Family Insurance is seeking a motivated and personable Sales & Service Associate to join our team in Sturgeon Bay. This in-office role emphasizes sales while also supporting our clients with top-tier service. We’re a local agency committed to building strong relationships and helping protect what matters most to our neighbors.

What You’ll Do:

• Proactively sell insurance products to new and existing clients
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage
• Achieve sales goals and support agency growth
• Assist with service tasks such as policy updates, billing, and claims

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Someone who knows the Door County community and values local connection
• A results-driven mindset with a genuine desire to help others
• Organized, dependable, and eager to learn
• Insurance license preferred (or willingness to become licensed)

Position Details:

• In-office role, with potential for future hybrid flexibility
• Base salary plus commission
• Full-time or part-time considered
