Bartender (Full-Time and Part-Time)

We are looking for individuals to join our team for the 2025 season.  Come work in our Members' Clubhouse! Enjoy amazing sunsets and views of the bay all while working in Door County's only private golf club.  

We are looking for bartenders to join our team from May to September

Competitive hourly wages based on experience plus gratuities. Golf privileges, daily family meal and ongoing training and development for service and wine knowledge. 

Job Duties Include

• Understanding of Food and Beverage menus
• Understanding of cocktails and liquor and wine knowledge
• Able to work in fast-paced enviornment
• Providing service sufficient with a casual fine-dining restaurant
• Guarantee high end service to our members
• Answering phones when needed and assist members as needed
• Make reservations and ability to read table map
• Interact with members 
• Maintaining a clean and organized service section
• Performing wine service
• Ongoing service and bar training
• Communicating effectively with other employees
• Supporting other service staff and helping grow our team
• Able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs
