We’re seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Full-Time Seasonal Retail Store Associate to join our team and provide excellent service to our visitors.
Role Overview
As a Seasonal Full-Time Retail Store Associate, you will be the face of our store. You will assist guests in selecting and purchasing our lavender products, share your knowledge about our farm and product offerings, and ensure the store is inviting, well-organized, and fully stocked. This position offers the opportunity to work in a beautiful, nature-filled environment while being part of a team that creates a memorable experience for all who visit.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service:
- Greet guests with a warm, friendly attitude and assist them in finding the perfect lavender products.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations and educate customers about our farm’s lavender and its uses.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and courtesy.
- Store Operations & Maintenance:
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store to create an inviting shopping environment.
- Assist with product displays and ensure items are properly priced and labeled.
- Restock inventory and assist with stock management, ensuring shelves are always replenished.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management when stock is low.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
- Assist in seasonal promotions and events, including setting up displays or helping with special sales.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and improve customer service.
