Job Overview:
We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Seasonal Laundry Attendant to join our team during our busy season. This position involves assisting customers, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring efficient operation of our wash-and-fold services.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with laundry needs
Operate and monitor washers, dryers, and folding stations
Sort, wash, dry, fold, and bag laundry for wash-and-fold orders
Maintain cleanliness of the facility, including wiping down machines and sweeping/mop floors
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any minor machine issues
Assist with pickup and delivery orders if needed
Qualifications:
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Friendly attitude with great customer service skills
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
Prior experience in laundry, housekeeping, or customer service is a plus but not required
