We are located on the bay of Green Bay, with beautiful marina views, walking distance to the heart of Sister Bay and provide onsite housing.  We are offering a competitive salary and free meals.

Help Wanted: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head Cook to lead our kitchen team at the Cleat Restaurant in Sister Bay, WI. Join us and create delicious, memorable dining experiences! 

Here’s what we’re looking for: 

• Experience: Proven experience in a fast-paced  restaurant environment. 
• Skills: Strong culinary skills, organization, and the ability  to lead and motivate our experienced kitchen team.
• Responsibilities: Oversee all kitchen operations; including food preparation, quality control, inventory management and orders.
