Bussers are responsible for ensuring that all guests have water glasses filled at all times and that any unused or dirty plates are cleared from the tables. Bussers help the host clear and reset tables for the next guests. Bussers maintain the tables on the patio, wiping down between guests and removing any trash on the ground or tables. Bussers also ensure that the dirty dishes are removed from the bar and that ice bins are kept full. Bussers help polish clean glasses and silverware and assist the servers with anything they need to ensure quality service to the guests. Must be able to lift 25 pounds and be moving/standing for 6 hours. Hourly wage plus tips.
